Terms of Service

Singly is an educational tool for vocal practice. It measures specific, objective signals in your audio recordings — pitch accuracy, pitch stability, and recording quality — and returns scores intended to help you track improvement over time.

Singly is for educational and practice purposes only. It does not constitute professional vocal or medical advice, and scores should not be interpreted as an assessment of your talent, artistic ability, or vocal health.

Scores are based on acoustic measurements of your recordings. They are not a definitive evaluation of your singing ability. Factors outside our control — microphone quality, background noise, recording technique — affect scores significantly.

We do not guarantee that using Singly will improve your singing, voice, or any other skill.

You own your recordings. By uploading audio, you grant Singly a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that audio for the sole purpose of generating your analysis and providing the service to you.

We do not use your recordings to train machine learning models, share them with third parties, or use them for any purpose other than providing your analysis results.

You can delete any recording at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes both the audio and the associated analysis.

You agree not to:

• Upload audio that contains illegal content or content that violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform or its APIs
• Use the service in any way that could harm other users or the platform
• Misrepresent your scores or analysis results to others

Singly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of Singly is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Singly Pro is a paid subscription. Charges are processed by Stripe. You can cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will note material changes at the top of this page. Continued use of Singly after changes means you accept the updated terms.
